Formstress was engaged by JFC to construct 6no prestressed TT bridge components to form the 3 spans totaling 53m.

The prestressed TT components were manufactured utilizing a standard TT mould with several minor modifications such as increasing the flange thickness and strengthening stressing capacity.

Along with the standard reinforcing and prestressing strands cast in, we also cast in numerous penetrations for handrail fixings and end connections.

With JFC completing the headstocks prior to delivery, the prestressed TT bridge components we able to be landed over a 2 day period resulting in minimal disturbance to the local road network.
